Beddau success for juniors.

Cynyr Llewelyn-Jones - U27kg - Red Belts, in his first competition, tried really hard and came close to winning his last fight, but showed real determination to win bronze.
Tejay Hall - U27kg - Red Belts put in a very mature and confident performance gaining a silver medal. She lost her only fight to a Welsh national fighter.
Iwan Beynon - U34kg - Yellow Belts, he came fifth narrowly beaten by the gold medallist, and although putting in a strong performance fighting for bronze he missed out on this occasion.
Celt Llewelyn-Jones - U42kg- Yellow Belts, fought well giving a very focused performance to take the top spot and the gold medal.
Aron Curtis - U42kg - Yellow Belts, worked hard and showed skill to take the silver medal.
Aled Beynon - U42kg - Orange Belts, showed maturity in this performance, he was controlled and took the gold medal.
Lydia Pearson - U36kg - Red Belts, in her first competition she put up a splendid performance taking it all in her stride. She brought a gold medal back to the Club and Carmarthen.
Amy Hughes - U40kg - Red Belts, she fought well showing techniques learnt at the Club. She won a silver medal.
Louise Hughes - U48kg - Orange Belts, brought her techniques and skills to bear in these fights proving her ability bringing home a silver medal.
Elen Davies - O48k g- Yellow Belts, she tried her best at all times showing determination which brought her a bronze medal.
Manon Jones - O48kg - Yellow Belts, showed her skills during the fighting, putting up a splendid performance returning with a silver medal.
Dyfi Ellison - O48kg - Yellow Belts, put in a strong performance against determined opposition, proving very confident reaching the final and winning gold.
Anwen Davies - U52kg - Orange Belts, proved her skills by putting in a strong, gutsy performance against bigger opponents. She proved to be in total control returning with gold.
One of Carmarthen Judo Club's highly qualified coaches Louise Beard, who watched, said "These young athletes are proving their abilities by attending these championships and returning with medals. This is just the kind of preparation they need to take the next step up to National competition.
